Learn Ninjutsu - Master Ninja Juroppo-ken - Ninja's 16 fists!

Each martial art has its own unique skills, skills and strategies. The art of ninjutsu - the art of ninja, the method of self-protection is called ninpo-taijutsu.

This article outlines the 16 "fist" or "body weapons" of the shinobi warrior. After reading this list, you will better understand why the ninja is at the top of the martial arts "food chain". But remember, this list is just the beginning of a real ninja that can be used to protect yourself or others!

Each of these fists is a "perfect fit" of different goals on the opponent's body. While some are general weapons, other weapons have very specific uses and applications that maximize damage and create optimal results.

Ninja Juroppo-ken ["Ninja's 16 fists / body weapons"]

1. Kikaku-ken [aka Zutski] skull

2. Fudo-ken [aka Nio-ken or Kongo-ken] "Do not move [grip] fist"

3. Shikan-ken'4-Rings Fist'

4. Boshi-ken [aka Shito-ken] thumb-driven fist [refers to the blade at the end of the perforation]

5. Shako-ken Palm Hammer / Claw Hand Punch

6. Kiten-ken [aka Shuto] knife

7. Shitan-ken finger spear / thumb pressure grip

8. Happa-ken "8 leaves" open hand [slap]

9. Koppo-ken "bone method fist" thumb knuckle fist

10. Shishin-ken "pointer" fist

11. Shuki-ken' elbow gun ' [elbow and forearm]

12. Sokki-ken Knee&shin

13. Sokuyaku-ken heel

14. Sokugyaku-ken football and toes

15. Shizen-ken "natural weapons" [basically, anything that is not on the list!]

16. Taiken "Body Weapons"

This is a list of beginners introduced in the early stages of Ninjutsu art training. Of course, each of the nine military ancestors of ninpo-taijutsu that make up Bujinkan Dojo contributed other professional fists. These can be found in the "shizen-ken" list or in the list above.

The focus of the training is that their ninja students learn to focus on choices rather than setting up skills. He or she also focuses on precision and matches the right tools or weapons to the target to maximize strength and damage each time the opponent's body is struck.
