How was Paul Brunton instructed to go to Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi - Part 2

Paul Brenton came to Madras in January 1931 [now known as Chennai]. He met the great writer Mr. KSVenkataramani. Mr. Venkataramani brought Paul Brenton to the great saint of Kanchi, the sage Sri Chandrasekharendra Saraswathi Swami.

After an interview with Chingleput, Paul Brunton returned to Madras.

That night, he saw the great saint in his vision.

He described his experience in his own words:

"My surprised gaze meets the face and form of the Shrine, Shri Shankara." It is obvious and obvious. Darkness from the surroundings

Of course, the vision is impossible? Didn't I leave him in Chingleput? In order to test this, I closed my eyes tightly. No difference, I still see him very clearly!

It is enough for me to feel a benign and friendly existence. I opened my eyes and looked at the figure on the loose yellow robes. The face changed, because the lips smiled and seemed to say, "Be humble, then you can find what you are looking for!"

The vision disappears with its mystery. It makes people happy, happy, and unaffected by its supernormal nature. Should I take it as a dream? What is important? "Paul Brunton went to Thiruvannamalai and met Maharishi Ramana. He was attracted by Bhagavan Ramana. He stayed there. He started to ask questions.

On January 23, 1936, he raised many questions with Bhagavan.

Ramana.

Mr. Brenton asked if Hill in Bhagavan was empty.

Maharishi: puranas [Hindu Bible] says so. The heart is said to be a cavity; it penetrates into it to prove it is a piece of light. The mountain is one of the lights. Caves and so on are covered by lights.

Brenton: Is there a cave inside?

Maharishi: In the visual, I have seen caves, streets and other cities, and the whole world.

Brenton: Is there Siddhas [the most senior clergyman]?

Maharishi: All Siddhas are considered to be there.

Brenton: Is there only Siddhartha or someone else?

Maharishi: Just like this world.

Brenton: It is said that Siddhas is in the Himalayas.

Maharishi: Kailas is in the Himalayas; it is the residence of Shiva. And this mountain is Shiva himself. All the pastors he lives in must be in his own place.

Brenton: Does Bhagavan think that Hill is hollow and so on?

Maharishi: Everything depends on your own opinion. You have seen the monastery and so on on this mountain. You have already described this in the book.

Brenton: Yes. It is on the surface of the mountain. The vision is in my heart.

Maharishi: That's it. Everything is in one's self. To see the world, there must be a bystander. Without the self, there is no world. Self is included. In fact, the self is all. There is nothing but self.

Brenton: What is the mystery of this mountain?

Maharishi: As you said in Secret Egypt, "The mystery of the pyramid is the mystery of the self", so the mystery of this mountain lies in the mystery of the self. Brenton understands the mystery of Mount Arunachalah. He introduced Bhagavan Ramana to the West in the book "India Secret Search" published in 1935. He spent several months at Ramanasramam. His next book, The Secret Road, outlines the self-exploration skills of Mamahi's Who I am.
