If you plan to run away at Poconos, you have one thing to remember. Pennsylvania does have a three-day waiting period to get a marriage certificate. You and your spouse can apply in any Pennsylvania court at least three business days prior to the wedding date. The license is valid for 60 days and [of course] is only used in Pennsylvania.
There are three resorts sharing the so-called Caesar Pocono Resorts, which are Cove Haven, Pocono Palace and Paradise Stream.
Pocono Palace: from

It includes a seven-foot-high champagne glass whirlpool, a heart-shaped jacuzzi, a wood burning fireplace, a round king-size bed, a dry sauna and a steam shower for two. The windows of the cathedral allow you to enjoy panoramic views of the ground - this is a luxurious suite! The Pocono Palace also offers several other suite options, including the Cleopatra Champagne Tower, Fantasy Apple, Lakeside Chalet and Club Lodge.
Paradise Stream: from
Located in the heart of the Pocono Mountains, Paradise Stream boasts a warm and stylish Generation Y. The resort features a luxurious lounge, modern dance club and modern, stylish decor. These suits are completely new and incorporate old and new elements. Of course, you can choose the Champagne Tower Suite, plus Diana's oasis and lakeside villas. Diana's oasis pays tribute to the Greek goddess Diana, with its design philosophy, a private indoor heated pool, a wood burning fireplace and a round king-size bed surrounded by Roman columns. The private Roman-style villas at Lakeside Villa feature a private balcony overlooking Lake Eden. The suite also features an oversized 20-square-foot glass and double tiled shower, king-size bed and the famous double heart-shaped whirlpool.
Cove Haven: from
Cove Haven is a very welcoming resort on the shores of the scenic Lake Wallenpaupack. The Cove Haven offers five suites not available at the Paradise Stream of Pocono Palace. Cove Fantasy, Cove Harbour, Harbour Tower, Spa-Side Harbourette and Juliette. Cove Harbour is a gorgeous, split-level design with a king-size bed and sleeping area in the bedroom. It also includes custom log burning fireplaces and heart shaped whirlpools. Cove Fantasy features a private indoor heated pool, sunken bedroom and dry sauna.
