I want to work with you to prepare a series of information that will explain many of the street self-defense themes, including fighting, verbal self-defense and avoiding combat situations.
Rule #1 - Be alert and ready at all times in combat situations. This includes: understanding the surroundings, wearing shoes that can be fightd, not letting the MP3 player explode in your ears, stay alert, avoid dangerous places and people.
Rule #2 - Another rule for preparing for street self-defense is active weightlifting and aerobic training. You want your physical condition to be good enough that you can repel a bad person who is much older than you. If you are not forming, how can you expect to survive an attack that lasts more than 30 seconds?
Rule #3 - Carry weapons at all times. Nearly 80% of the attackers in the street self-defense carried weapons and intended to harm the victims. So why not prepare in advance? Carrying a pepper spray is a less deadly weapon, then a knife or a tazer, so carry a weapon as long as it is legal in your area.
Rule #4 - Martial arts and street self-defense training are essential for gaining and managing survival in an attack or attack. You need to regularly train self-defense and martial arts to become a more aggressive and intelligent fighter. After proper training is crucial to winning street battles.
Rule #5 - If you can cover all the self-defense foundations like a weapon, realize and avoid confrontation and problems, then most people will be prepared. Continue to practice martial arts and get the most out of training and self-defense knowledge.
These tips are just a short example of what you can do to better prepare for the battle.
