Proposal to understand Bruce Lee's four battle areas in Jeet Kune Do - by experts

In any sport, people always say that if you know your basic knowledge better than anyone, you may win. I agree with this. You can know a lot of strange things, but if you don't have the basics. You will be kicked off by the guy who has done his ass. Let us go directly to the first lesson: the scope of the battle.

Range one is the range of kickingfrom

. The range of kicking is that you can use a variety of different types of martial arts such as: Taekwondo, Karate, Thailand and Sawat. Not all martial arts that use the range of kicking now have the same value. Some are not as mobile as others, and some are very uneconomical. For example, some art requires you to make a strange blow after you have finished kicking. What you want is a functional art that doesn't require you to follow a fixed pattern. For example, the dog brothers got rid of the most interesting things I have ever seen; this is what they did. They showed a series of technical pictures, basically called men who defended the three-piece suit. The reason behind this series of images and techniques [and why it's so interesting] is that you almost never fight a man in a three-piece suit, especially in the pattern they just showed. This is the trouble of most martial arts, especially within the scope of the game; they expect to actually have some kind of exercise in the battle. Now, if the fight is actually not "living", it will be a good thing, and when I say that I am alive, I mean that it is constantly changing. This is one of Bruce Lee's greatest revelations, that is, the battle is not set according to the established mode; it may be deformed, they mutate, they always change. Therefore, when working in the street, there is a set of over-accumulated modules [they take too long to learn], which is almost ridiculous. Then what you are looking for here is not the economic style. It does not eliminate the facts [and facts] that have never happened before the battle... and they are never predictable.

The next range is the stamping rangefrom

. This is a very obvious one, and the best thing you can do is to learn Western boxing. The style itself does have some loopholes, as I mentioned in some other programs. That's why, if you choose to hit a ball with a man or girl in a boxing ring and they are bigger than you, they might win. why is it like this? It's easy because their fists are bigger. The reason this is important is because they are heavier than you, so they can work harder. So if you are fighting a person who is over you, you will buy 100 pounds... When you hit him with a baseball, it is like being hit by a bowling ball. But what you have to know is what to do here, so you are playing "You hit me, try to be as hard as possible, face me, I will try my best, face to face, we will see who won." But like other Like anything, this range has limitations. However, the best thing you can do is to learn Western boxing in this range. Of course, you can use other art in this range, just as you can use any other range, but this is really important for sports economy. How do you understand time, rhythm, pretend, and countless other things that cannot be mentioned in this guide.

So the third range is the trapping range.from

. This happens to be my favorite. Not many people fight and it and many Jeet Kunemen have actually given up this range to get the favor of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. This may or may not be a mistake, depending on who you are fighting, so how your body is set, where your hands are in combat, and so on. For me, this range is very effective because not many people understand it or know how to use it. However, what gets in this range is like hitting a home run. But.... It's so cool to play a home run here. Knowing the trapping range and using it for people who don't know it is like running a hot knife in butter. It's too simple and very interesting. The art against this range is Wing Chun, Tai Chi and Filipino martial arts. There are more, but I can't think of them. Most of the quarrels will eventually come here, and in many battles, if people only know how to fight in this range, the battle will end soon. So if you want to enter and fight someone very quickly, then learn some traps. So let's not see a microscopic view of the trapping range, which is not just a capture of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu that really fits there. The idea behind trapping is that you are capturing limbs, so you are capturing limbs at all times. However, sometimes Wing Chun is the most effective thing, sometimes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is the best way. It all comes down to training.

Final battle range from

I will discuss the range of cuddling, which is the Brazilian martial arts range or ground cuddle. This could be shooting battles, panic or any kind of fighting art. This art is necessary for learning martial artists or anyone who tries to defend themselves on the street. You must learn this range because many battles will end on the field, but you don't want to focus on this range because it's just a range. So what do you do when you have a large-scale attack? Remember, fighting always mutates and they are always changing. Therefore, when the battle changes, you must have a different approach. This is what Jeet Kune Do said. It is about changing with the environment as the environment changes. This is why Bruce Lee always talks about how water always changes the environment in which it is located. As a martial artist, as a person, you want to do this in life, you should always change the environment to best fit how to survive. That's why you have to learn all four ranges to be as effective as possible in battle.
