Method of maintaining a combination of fish and plants in an aquarium

According to China's ancient Feng Shui science, the constant flow of water in your house or garden creates a perfect environment for your health and prosperity. Well, you may not want to understand the principles of feng shui, but a lively pond in your garden will definitely turn your house into a relaxing place.

There are many ways to add water to your garden. You can go to a waterfall without a pond, or you can go to a fountain that spins water. However, a pond with lively and breeding fish will automatically establish a good relationship with birds, butterflies, bees and fish in ponds.

If you have already installed a pond in your garden, you still need to make it beautiful and environmentally friendly at the same time. For this purpose, you should have a good water cycle that will oxygenate it and provide a healthy environment for your fish. If the filter system is installed, it will periodically circulate water. It also keeps the water clean.

You can set up two types of filters in the pond. Mechanical filters will control dirt and other unwanted particles that will accumulate in the pond. On the other hand, the biofilter will control the algae in the pond. Algae are good for many types of fish, but too much algae is not desirable. You should also provide some solid gravel that helps absorb UV rays.

For pond environments, there are some specific types of fish that are suitable.

Goldfish - A very important feature of goldfish is - it can adapt to any type of environment. They can live longer, up to 12 years, and they don't need specific food. They are cold-tolerant fish that can tolerate different water conditions. Many people believe that leaving goldfish in their own home will bring prosperity and health.

2. Shubunkins - Their lifestyle is similar to goldfish. They are also fresh fish that can tolerate a variety of temperatures. They are very attractive for increasing the beauty of ponds and gardens.

3. Red Starfish - This is an ideal species if you are staying in a hot area. They can survive in hot, humid climates because they are very cold-resistant.

4. Koi Fish - They are perfect for ponds because they are up to 2 feet in length. However, if you want to accommodate them, your pond should be at least 5 feet deep. They are slowly expensive for beginners and require a lot of food. They will eat a lot of plants from your pond.

Calico fish - they are similar to red comets. However, they are very sensitive to temperature. So if you want to keep them, you should keep a constant temperature in the pond.

You must install many floating plants and normal floating plants in the pond. They will help you keep your water clean by reducing nitrite content. They will give oxygen to the water all day long. In the absence of good planting, there is a risk of overgrowth of algae, which threatens the health of the fish.
