Martial arts - pressure points on the body

In my last article, I introduced the pressure point of the arm. In this article, I will discuss the main points of the rest of the body. As far as I know, about 108 pressure points or tsubos are used in martial arts. Big! Can I easily remember the 108 o'clock position? It's not that fast, cowboy. Just knowing the location of the points does not mean that you can use them in combat. The points must be stuck at the proper angle and direction and the appropriate depth to make them truly effective.

Regardless of the mechanism in which they are used, the use of these points is an in-depth study and is not limited to remembering the location of the points. Some points can only be used when setting up by activating other points. Because they are on the body, some points are difficult to enter. Some points are only valid when you hit them, others are only valid when you press, rub or knead them. Getting accurate and reliable information is difficult.

Check out an 8" x 10" page with a human outline, a general description of the points and points, its position and the result of the effect just without cutting it. It is too general. In acupuncture, stimulating tsubos with a needle. Accuracy is a must. There is a little room for hitting the point, but you still need to be accurate and hit with a right angle and direction. The difficulty of your hit is also a factor in determining the effect of the strike.

Another problem is that too little knowledge is a dangerous thing. It's not a good idea to learn the points and then blast the training partner just to see if it works. Serious and permanent damage can occur and death is possible. Don't let some people see if it works. You also need to understand the renaissance technology that restores energy flow. If you don't know, don't do it.

Head

The head is a huge arena of pressure points. Even the ear is the pressure point of the cornucopia, which is a microcosm of the entire human body. Let's take a look at some of the more effective ideas.

Face

Starting from the top of the skull, you can use the following:

1. Manage ships 21, 22, 23, 24

The strike goes down towards the center of the head.

Weapons: Hammer, elbow,

Excessive stimulation of the cranial nerve may result in loss of consciousness/death.

2. Management of ships 26

This point is located below the nose and above the upper lip. This is usually used as a friction point. If you move down and inwards, it can cause serious injury. I will not tell you the position that must be adhered to because of responsibility, but it will break the situation.

Weapons: back fist, knife hand, elbow

3. Conception ship 24

This point is located below the lower lip, centered on the tibia. It faces down towards the center of the head and down.

Loss of consciousness: Excessive stimulation of the cranial nerves.

Weapons: hammer, ordinary fist, knife

4. Conception ship 23

This point is above the hyoid bone. If you insist on using enough power, you will die immediately. This is one of the eight magic points. If you break the tongue and cut off the vagus nerve, the heart and lungs will stop working.

Weapons: knives, ordinary punches, ridges, spears.

5. Gallbladder 1

This is located in the outer corner of the eye. It is the beginning of the Gall Bladder Meridian. The impact here can be at an angle of 45° to the head in the upward and inward directions.

Unconsciousness is caused by excessive stimulation of the cranial nerves. The humerus in this area is one of the most vulnerable bones in the body, even if it is not the simplest bone.

Weapons: regular fists, palm heels, elbows, knees, back fists.

6. Triple warmth 23

This is also at the outer corner of the eye. It is at an angle of 45° to the head in the upward and inward directions. If this is used with GB 1 and the strike is from the back to the front of the skull, it may remove the eyeball from its socket.

Unconsciousness is caused by excessive stimulation of the cranial nerves.

Weapons: regular fists, palm heels, elbows, knees, back punches.

7. Gallbladder 14

This is located directly above the center of the eyebrows. It stuck inward toward the skull.

Loss of consciousness is the result of excessive stimulation of the cranial nerve.

Weapons: regular fists, palms, heels, elbows, knees.

8. Gallbladder 3

This is one inch ahead, one inch from the top of the earlobe and the skull. This is the thinnest part of the skull. There are no known resuscitation techniques for temple strikes. You have to go to the hospital and drill a hole in your head to relieve the pressure of the rupture of the brachial artery.

Weapons: regular fists, single knuckles, palm heels, elbows, knees.

Turn back

Shantou

Gallbladder 20

This is located on either side of the base of the outside of the skull. Also known as Willis's aircraft. It is the flat part of the bottom of the skull. It sticks inward and upward at the 45° angle to the center of the head.

Unconsciousness is due to excessive stimulation of the cranial nerves.

Weapons: Hammer, elbow, ordinary punch, willow palm [palm], back fist.

2. Triple warmth 17

This is located behind and below the ear in the grove behind the cheekbones. Some permissions indicate that this is an extreme death point. It can be used for both combat and presses. If you hit this from the back to the front, it is likely to dislodge the jaw. It is best to use only one knuckle to press. When you press inward to the center of the skull, grind it back and forth.

Neck

1. Stomach 9/10

These two points are stuck at the same time. They are located above the carotid sinus at the front of the medial aspect of the neck.

Loss of consciousness can be explained by several mechanisms. choose one.

One. Hitting two points on the same meridian can lead to loss of consciousness.

The bay destroys the blood that flows to the brain. Strikes can lead to back pressures that the brain can't handle and the unconscious that comes with them.

C. Below the carotid sinus is a receptor for monitoring blood pressure. When stuck with enough power, it sends a message of high blood pressure to the brain. The message is then sent to the heart to slow down or stop and the result is unconscious.

Weapons: regular fists, one-finger joints, knives, spears, elbows.

2. Large intestine 18

This is located at the leading edge of the Sternocleoidmastoid muscle, about half of the neck. This is a good catch for Spirit Throw and Japan's Nelson.

Weapons: regular fists, one-finger joints, elbows, fingertips.

This is not an all-encompassing list. There are many points in this area of the neck. These are just the ones I use often.

Torso

1. Conception ship 22

This is located at the sternum at the top of the groove. The attack on this point is usually done inward and downward through the fingertips. Pressing this location is quite safe, but the strike can be serious.

Loss of consciousness is caused by tracheal trauma.

Weapons: fingertips, single-finger joint punchers.

2. Conception ship 15

This is the solar plexus. Due to its central location, it is called the solar plexus. The affected organs include the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys and stomach. Breaking the xiphoid can tear the liver and cause internal bleeding, which can be fatal if left untreated.

Loss of consciousness comes from trauma to the above organs. It may also lose motion.

Weapons: regular fists, single knuckles, elbows, knees, football.

3. Conception ship 4

This is about 2 inches below the navel [the navel]. It is bent 45° downwards. If you get stuck with enough power, you can let your opponent dirty their shorts.

Loss of consciousness is caused by trauma to the small intestine and bladder.

Weapons: regular fists, palm heels.

4. Spleen 21

This point is located on the inner side of the rib. An easy way to find this is to place two fingers under your nipple and draw a line along the center of the chest. If you find this point on your partner and press it with a knuckle, you will get a substantial response.

Loss of consciousness is caused by the trauma of the lungs and related nerves. It also shuts down the lungs and stops breathing and circulation.

Weapons: regular fists, a joint fist, heel, palm heel, elbow, back/wrist, knee and anything else!

5. Stomach 28

This point is located at the width of the two fingers below the nipple. Hit this point at a downward angle of 45°.

Loss of consciousness is caused by the trauma of the lungs and related nerves. You may also break some ribs in the process.

Weapons: regular fists, single knuckles, palm heels. Knife, kick before [kick their knees first!].

6. Liver 13
