Continue until they are separated as before, but there is still a noticeable indentation when the hand is withdrawn. With more practice, the lower edge of the hand will penetrate directly through the bottom of the container, after which the recess will remain. When the content can be neatly cut into Chinese tofu or tofu and other units, 'kung' has been mastered.
