Backyard vibration

On a good day, one of the things I really like to do is to have lunch on our deck. While enjoying lunch, listening to the birds, watching them play in the basin, listening to the small waterfall in the garden, enjoying the buzz of the bees, watching the growth of the flowers, it is great. For me, this idyllic scene is full of good vibrations. This is a great way to add some relaxing moments to my middle.

There is a problem with this wonderful scene. The deck is located on one side of the house. On the other side of the fence near the deck is the sidewalk and bus stop. Three main bus routes stop nearby. In addition, the bus crosses the street on another road. The bus stops near the hotel or across the street every few minutes. If they don't have a squeaky brake, the accelerating rumble they leave will be felt in every cell of my body.

So how can I sit there and still enjoy my lunch? I have been thinking about this for a few days, because I have enjoyed this deck alternately and rumbling with the bus. When the sound passes, the vibration or rumble of the bus may deeply feel my body. I started thinking about vibration.

Dictionary.com defines vibration from a physics perspective as: "rigidity from an equilibrium position or state or oscillation of an elastomer or medium, reciprocating or other periodic motion" and "similar motion of particles." Air quality, etc., its equilibrium state has been disturbed, such as transmitting sounds. The dictionary also defines a more formal aspect of vibration as "a person from a person or a place, a situation, etc. General emotional feeling: I usually get from him Get good vibration".

When every bus is in a hurry, I can of course feel that "equilibrium is disturbed". And I like the "general emotions" in my garden. The sound is vibrational energy. me too. At the atomic level, every particle inside me is constantly moving and vibrating. All I have to do is find a balance between the idyllic scene and the rumble of the bus on the other side of the fence.

So, I decided that the essence of my backyard was an idyllic scene. The sound of the bus is an instant [although quite frequent] invasion. I allowed the sound of the bus to pass directly through me - that's the sound anyway. The key is to decide if I choose to create and maintain an emotional response, such as anger or frustration, when the bus's voice invades. For me, this will only ruin my lunch and make me indigestion.

Allowing the sound to pass me without emotional reaction, let me quickly return to the idyllic scene. I still feel the vibration of the bus in each cell. The sound is like a voice that passes through me. The sound travels at a speed of 770 miles per hour, which increases the speed of the water by about four times. In other words - I - or at least 80% of me. That is very fast. No emotional reaction, the effect of the sound quickly dissipated, I was free to return to the good vibrations of my backyard and enjoy my lunch.
