When you have to go to school, wake up to a normal, tragic, dull Monday morning that is even worse. I almost have to pull myself out of bed and drag myself to prepare. I went to school, then I remember - go home week! I ran into my locker and found it bright and boldly decorated with tennis rackets, tennis and my photos! Brown and white streamers are everywhere. I unlocked my combination into my locker and found it filled with candy and small gifts. There are tennis containers filled with my favorite happy ranch and bubble gum! Tennis magnets, tennis pencils... even tennis room slippers decorate my lockers!
I looked up and down the hallway and most of the lockers were well decorated. There are cheering posters everywhere! My mood in the school corridor is exciting. Everyone is checking the lockers. Everyone tried to steal each other's candy from the locker. At the beginning of the course, I was no longer afraid of this Monday morning as usual. The chore that began this day has become full of fun and excitement. I noticed that I don't mind going to school today. I don't mind being at school all week - because it is home, just like no one else!
