If you have tried to break a bad habit, you probably know that it can be frustrating and it seems almost impossible to change some of your own things. This problem usually exists in your mindset - your subconscious belief structure automatically controls everything you think and act.

Over the years, I have been struggling with personal development and have a hindsight in analyzing what works and what doesn't. For those who just thought of shaping your thoughts, I sat down and finalized this list of effective strategies to help you create your best image. Please enjoy!

  2. Make a positive before going to bed - your mind is receptive, and sleeping will help you internalize the information you feed yourself.
  3. Twisted to-do list - keeps a to-do list with important tasks you need to complete the day, but adds a distorted list by including the following how about it You want to be them. Incorporate the personality dimensions you want to instill in yourself and imitate them until they become part of you.
  4. Make sure when you wake up for the first time - again, strong and stressed, you will soon want to jump out of bed to do it, because you will feel good and become active in the future.
  5. Tell others about your goals and wishes. It helps to be responsible for your success with malfunction.
  6. Think about the people you care about, who you want to improve. The other or important family members you think are most important describe your best. Try to do your best for yourself and them.

Starting with a paragraph, when it becomes easier, calculate the words in the entire page. Only with the eyes can you count psychologically without having to point your finger at each word.
  11. Example 2: Count down in your mind, from one hundred to one.
  12. Example 3: From one hundred to one quantity in your mind, skip every three numbers, ie 100, 97, 94, etc.
  13. Ex4: Choose an inspiring word, or just a simple voice, and then repeat it quietly for five minutes in your mind. Try to reach ten minutes of uninterrupted attention as your mind can focus more easily.

Don't be taken away by irrelevant ideas. Stay in the apple. It may be any other fruit. Look at it, don't think about the store where you buy it, how it is grown, the nutritional value, etc., just about the objects in front of you. Just look at it, see it, smell it and touch it.
  15. Example 6: This is the same as exercise number 5, but this time you open your eyes and imagine the fruit. First practice the 5th exercise for 5 minutes, then practice for 5 minutes. Try to see, feel, taste, and smell the fruit in your imagination. Try to see a clear and unambiguous image. If you have difficulty, please open your eyes, look at the fruit, close them again and continue exercising.
