Personal morality and life

Oddly enough, this page continues to grow in ratings and is one of the most viewed pages on this site. I was deeply impressed by the growing concern about morality. This article was originally written for Leadership 520 - Organizational Ethics and is managed in the Master of Organizational Management program at the University of Phoenix, Arizona. This is the personal sharing and story of the time and personal space in my life. At the risk of being too self-indulgent, I posted it here, made some edits, and included other links below for further exploration. In the worst case, I hope this article will provide some encouragement for your own efforts. Thanks and bless your own journey...

Personal Faith and Ethics Statement: I will do good for everyone, hoping to serve my human beings with the highest and best use of my thoughts/body/spiritual complex, and by offering alternatives to promote a new world harmony between man and the planet. Community service solutions, participate in local socioeconomic and environmental service programs, develop state-of-the-art model communities based on solutions, and develop websites that promote these efforts.

Some people say that values, morality and morality are inseparable. Values are what we learned from childhood; ' Things' We absorb from our parents and the environment. Morality is an inner belief that develops from the value system we should deal with. In any given situation. On the other hand, morality is what we actually do when we face the dilemma of testing moral fibers. In his book "How People Make Difficult Choices", Rushward Kidd points out four basic paradigms of moral decision-making: justice and compassion; short-term and long-term; individuals and communities; and truth and loyalty. He continues to further define the concept:

The key behind the justice and compassion paradigm is fairness, fairness, and fairness of law often conflicting with compassion, compassion, and love.

o Short-term and long-term, or now compared to, reflects the difficulties that arise when urgent needs or desires run counter to future goals or prospects.

o Individual and community paradigms can be retelled as we relate to them, to ourselves and others, or to smaller and larger groups.

o Truth and loyalty can be seen as honesty or integrity with commitment, responsibility or commitment to maintain.

Expressing a person's moral and life philosophy may not always be understood in the context of the entire world, the immediate environment, or even the intimate others in the family. This is usually because everyone has some differences in the development of the belief system, whether small or large. The belief system is built early in life through the environment of family, church, school and social gathering, which helps to shape and shape these beliefs. Most of these beliefs and patterns of behavior are established through the unconscious observations and experiences of children in the above-mentioned environment. These are what I call 'external' similar to the experience of cultivating. Part of "Nature - Cultivating" ' Development Process. Please allow me to use my own 'external' to experience as an example.

I know that I was adopted when I was five years old. My adoptive parents are ideal under certain standards, and in the most difficult circumstances, they show honesty, integrity and willingness to resolve conflicts with style and elegance. Dad is a tool and mold mechanic who builds plastic injection molds for the General Motors Optical Division and is also a 32-degree Mason. Mom is an educator with a master's degree in music and English and teaches middle school English and literature. They are a strong team that encourages me to challenge and explore my world for a growing painful teenager. My parents told me that honesty is the best policy, even if the details may not be good. They taught me the meaning of trust, even if I feel vulnerable, I am not afraid. Of course, this does not mean that I can always apply this knowledge, although age does have its advantages. In places where there are significant bottlenecks in the personal and professional environment, I still tend to "deep". Even if there is a risk of being rejected in the conversation. The path needs to be cleaned up in order to establish a solid relationship.

On my 6th birthday, I also started a metaphysical or supernatural experience. I call these "inner heart" and "inner heart". Experience, or I feel like a "natural" experience. Elements of the development process. Our intrinsic function in society stems from this place, even though it is "external." Usually the details of the dominant scene. For most people, internal experience is often overlooked due to lack of external acceptance or verification. Due to the lack of a reference frame about my metaphysical twists and turns, this is different from my parents. By the way, this usually makes me question my own reality. ' Trust but verify ' build dependence on others, very few people can find other psychological components in the workplace or in life.

Therefore, the balance of trusting others is often influenced by desire rather than insight. This insight will only emerge when I begin to understand that not everyone is like my parents. Even if they are discussing some spiritual experiences or topics, they still maintain a distance. Lack of personal experience often creates obstacles that are difficult to bridge, if any. In fact, I find that doubts and doubts are more prominent than ever. People are often afraid of things they don't understand, and sometimes they are afraid of causing unnecessary violence. Fear stimulates excessive disconnection. I learned that life is stimulated by connections, so this gives a big mystery. How to bridge this gap is sometimes a gap so that it can be reconciled or resolved?

Other ' motives are not always utilitarian. Oh, I am not. We have some self-motivation from time to time. Some people live their lives with these motives. The resulting behavior is often the selfish expression of the wrong individual liberal, regardless of personal boundaries and environmental impact, due to excessive distraction due to health or caution. What is now effective or provides the most personal benefit. Honesty and integrity appear on leaders who are willing to bear the cross. It can be said that they have paved the way for their own garbage.

If other people's predictions are allowed to rule their lives, the process of restoring integrity [value, morality, and moral coherence] can have emotionally devastating effects. People with problems usually project these issues to other people until someone or something happens to challenge the person who wants to change and provide them with a safe environment. Others seem to be attracted to these situations, usually because they promise to provide services in some way. The power of character reflects the trials and tribulations that people experience in their lives, and their ability to elevate from emotional manipulation and/or tricks. The well-known expressions in the mirror allow us to see what we need to transcend, even on ourselves.

As I grew older, I learned that the inner life that I lead provides a more concrete understanding of the nature of external reality and the behavior of others. I have been reading for a while, devouring the great works of secular and spiritual masters in order to better understand my own experiences and grow personally and professionally. I placed myself on the hot seats in seminars and workshops, tested what I learned, and tested my sword of truth over time. Over the years, I have learned that the questions that are sincerely raised in my heart are answered in various ways, not always at the moment they are asked. All of us still need to deal with the absurdity of human emotions and occasional behavioral emotions. Whether the exposure option changes these behaviors or does not vary from situation to situation depends on my ability to question consistency, awareness of connectivity, and verbal expression of emotional feelings and feelings so that we can discuss them. The lack of projection clarity is one of the most challenging processes. Most of the first reactions on the road of chelas are essentially projective, often defensive, full of irrationality. The challenge of change still exists because I am getting older and more experienced in introducing questions that don't leave people marginal, although it can be interesting to watch them sometimes. However, the insecurities in our society, even the most innocuous problems, often lead to defensive postures. Fear, guilt and shame have ruled our lives for too long.

When I was a teenager, the biggest influence came from the DeMolay Medal, a young man [14-21] Christian who was the predecessor of the Masonic. It was named after Jaques DeMolay of the Knights Templar, who gave up his life instead of betraying his brother in the Crusades of Europe. I was elected as the principal at the age of fifteen and seventeen, and participated in the competition in the National Assembly through a speech on filial piety and one-meter springboard diving, and won the honorary award for the third place in speech and diving. Getting the International DeMolay Medal to save human life is another important emotional event in Parliament. I quickly responded to my activities in the lifeguard public places last summer. After being caught by another diver, I found an unconscious little girl who knew the income and entered the water before the actual incident happened...
