Recently, a movie called "Secret" appeared, and it seems that the world is popular with a fairly simple message: we attract us, moments, people, places, resources and experiences based on our subconscious minds.
Do you believe that this universal law is not important, just as one believes that gravity or electricity does not matter. If you fall off the roof, when you lose your grip when hanging from the sink, don't believe that gravity won't save you. I don't believe in electricity just because you can't see the electricity. If you push a paper clip into the socket, it won't hurt you.
The law of attraction, also known as the law of cause and effect, the law of cause and effect; some people even simply call it luck, coincidence or contingency, it is just a universal law, whether or not it believes, there will be no prejudice 24 hours a day.
No matter what we care about, whether we want it or not, we seem to be attracted to our lives. If you ever thought about your dominant thinking about money, check your wallet. If you have ever thought about what is your dominant thought about love and relationships, then take a closer look at your current relationship.
Look at what you have, you always seem to draw yourself to yourself; whether it's people around you, job type or career situation, money problems or the amazing good luck you always seem to have, it's a beginning to personally count you How to think about the level of good subconsciousness [or below your active awareness].
So, what does this have to do with martial arts?
Well, it's very simple. The activities we participated in illustrate our thinking and feelings. If the Law of Attraction tells us that our dominant ideas attract things that we seem to be experiencing every day, how do we actively fill our minds and how we fill them up to learn how to attract our hopes in good faith Have things, people, resources and experience, not things that we may often be unpopular.
Most martial arts usually begin with the premise that we may lack certain types of specific training or knowledge [training and knowledge that martial arts can provide], and because of our lack of knowledge, we are likely to benefit from the evil aspects of society. Therefore, we have studied specific techniques and strategies designed to prevent physical attacks, usually by destroying evil attackers.
Although typical martial arts training has many good aspects that can increase self-confidence, enhance self-defense, improve consciousness, improve physical health, and many other positive qualities, art instills our lack of commitment, 2. We are at risk Medium, and 3. We need training to overcome or destroy the evil elements lurking somewhere, which may actually do more harm than good.
Recalling the Law of Attraction, if we actively participate in an activity that continuously strengthens beliefs about lack, danger, fear, negativity, destruction, violence, etc., what do you think your subconscious mind has on this information? One hour an hour?
Quite simply, it constantly seeks experience to engage or bring you the way to strengthen its presence in martial arts courses.
Stay tuned for Part 2, and we'll see some different martial arts and what they offer in training your body and your mind, not just a "bad guy" to destroy the machine, but instead, become a conscious attraction People's things need to fully experience life.
