Family Martial Arts Tips DIY - Make Your Own Martial Arts Punch and Kick Bags and Targets

I work with many students who study martial arts at home. Many people are following my video training series, while others use our online dojo to add more value to their fitness martial arts program. Some of the family learning martial artists have their own training strategies, just looking for additional advantages and adding more value to their efforts. These students need to train equipment, ideas, tips and tools - you can say it. Anything that helps them improve their martial arts skills while training at home.

Whether you want to save money or just add some unique training tools to your home dojo, the best multi-purpose [discount, do-it-yourself] martial arts training program to date is tires.

why? Because you can do a lot with tires. Here are some ways to use them:

Tire man DUMMY

Give yourself a bunch of car tires and stack them together. You need to stack 5-10 for each. Just stacking them up already gives you a great punching and kicking tool. Because the tires are made of very hard rubber, they can strike a lot with little or no wear.

If you want to prevent the tire stack from falling over, you can try to keep them on top of each other. A simple method is to place them on top of the rod-type device - for example, take a tire and fill it with cement, placing a wooden pole or metal rod between the cement. Then, simply stack the tires on the rod. Another way to hold them together is to drill holes in the rim of each tire and then tighten the long bolts or tie them tight. If you pass the tire [break the circle], you can pull it apart and wrap it around a solid beam, tree or other structure that does not allow the tire to be mounted on top. If you live in an area that offers this freedom, the streetlights and utility poles are great.

These tire dummies are great. Here are some benefits:

* You can attack them with shoes - for more realistic training
from

*You can hit them with sticks and wooden swords without worrying about damage to the dummies
from

*You can use them to protect dangerous surfaces in your training area
from

  * They are subject to some impact and different tire styles offer various levels of flexibility
from

  * Bind them to swing targets

With some creativity, you can create a very realistic training dummy. You can even put the woods on your limbs and the Wing Chun Dummy.

You can usually pick up tires for free at your local tire store. We collected a few trucks in a martial arts battalion in California in just one day. We use them for paintball obstacles, martial arts training courses and fitness tools for stunt protection as well as training dummy.

Whether you are hanging them, hanging them halfway, wrapping them around the tree or stacking them up for knocking - tires of all sizes can provide an amazing world of training. Take a look at the areas where you can choose to be trained and consider how to improve your home dojo.

While making your own tire men's dummy will cover most of the training, there are other ways you can consider making the most of them.
