Get 3 street martial arts moves to beat the bigger attackers!

There are four different ways to protect yourself and help save your life in this guide. These tips are not designed in dojo or martial arts schools, but I must learn them as bodyguards and fight for my life in prison. Street martial arts action I am going to teach you to take your self-defense training to a whole new level, so enjoy and use the following tips:

Street martial arts action #1: trapping. The definition of trapping is to subdue the invaders by not allowing him to attack you with his hands, feet, or even forehead. In order to successfully capture the attacker, you must fix one of his arms and hit him as much as possible with your empty hand when he is subdued. Therefore, whenever your opponent strikes you, you want to aim his body at his torso so that he can't continue to fight the attack. So if he tries to punch you, nail his arm to his chest and stop his arm from approaching you.

Street Martial Arts Action #2: When you are trying to fight a aggressor, don't let him stand up because he is overthrowing or letting you lose balance. Kicking is an adventure that falls and cannot reach your goal. A simple alternative is to fast leg presses to the groin area, calf or knee. These kicks can easily subdue an attacker. Don't think that the fancy UFC head kick you see on TV will actually keep you everywhere, and your opponent can grab your feet.

Street Martial Arts Action #3: Looking for "sweet spots" You may have to use some dirty tactics such as biting, hitting the groin area, or looking directly into the eyes, but if you escape from life any dirty tactics would be worth it. The number one rule of street fighting is that no rules apply. If you know some nasty combat skills that are not allowed in UFC or Dojo, you can also use them in life and death. Many different ancient martial arts styles do not have any really effective use on today's streets. Remember this!

Street Martial Arts Action #4: Always keep your distance, don't waste your energy against attacks that are not close to you. Avoid target attacks and block only those attacks that will definitely touch your body. Don't move forward to block shocks or kicks that don't pose a threat to your safety, keep distance and master time.
