Embroidery finishing - Embroidery finishing details will enhance your customer service level!

Lost stitches: from

 If you find some stitches that have been skipped and missing, you will need to fix them. The easiest way is to sew a hand stitch with a double-line matching embroidery thread and use a satin needle to fill the missing stitch.

 During the embroidery process, the pierced thread sometimes passes through the embroidery. Stitch as carefully as possible, being careful not to cut any locking knots. Gently remove it with tweezers.

 There are various spot removal methods depending on the type of material and the type of spot. Most spots can be removed with a drop of detergent and water. If this doesn't work, once the clothes are dry, you can spray the area with acetone. This application requires a professional acetone cleaner or sprayer.

Damaged clothing: from

If any clothing is damaged during embroidery or hoop, it must be removed. Don't try to wear clothes that cause any harm to it. Customers will be very angry. Get the customer's attention and let them decide what he or she wants to do. I owe the customer to clothing or change clothing, but I leave the decision to the customer.

Missing buttons and zips don't work: from

If the button is missing, the button can be replaced many times. If it's a piece of clothing that presses the entire front, sometimes there's an extra button at the bottom. If it's a brand button that can't be replaced, let the customer know about it and let him decide what to do.

This is a problem that should be discovered when the clothing is checked in. If not, please bring your attention to the customer again. If you embroider clothes and the zipper is broken, you should be responsible for it. Manufacturers usually do not change clothes after embroidering, even if the zipper does not work when received.

Bobbin pull up: from

In some logos, there are sometimes bobbin threads with a clear dark stitch. These stitches need to be colored with a fine pointed permanent marker that is exactly the same color as your thread. Do not use this marker to touch any surrounding area.

Make sure all clothes are buckled and zippered before folding and packaging. Note that the details of the completion process will make a huge difference in your presentation and show your customers that you are very interested in their business. This will definitely improve your customer service level!
